Welcome to UCB in Africa

UCB Africa was formed three years ago and has already made huge growth in this important continent. UCB Africa focuses its efforts on the Southern African region and our Operations Office and Secretariat is based in Pretoria, South Africa.
UCB Africa was formed in a joint venture between UCB International and Radio Pulpit. It was set up to play a facilitating role in developing African Christians as professional broadcasters and to establish new local Christian broadcasting ventures where God opens a door.
UCB Africa sees its role as strengthening the capabilities of Christian broadcasters in Africa by providing expertise, training and development services, especially in the areas of broadcast management, programming and technical. UCB Africa will draw on the collective strength and resources of the wider affiliated group to provide cost effective products such as programme material, music and print media. UCB Africa will also provide relational support though conferences, networking and workshops to help local stations to better manage, operate and reach their market.
Please contact us if you'd like to start a Christian media ministry in Africa or to give us your feedback. We look forward to hearing from you.
Dr Roelf Petersen
Regional Director for Africa
