UCB UK : Radio Ap distracts from pain
A few days after UCB Ireland radio became accessible as an iPhone App, Cara from Wisconsin USA, wrote to tell us how this has impacted her exceptionally difficult circumstances.
20 years ago Cara’s spine was shattered when she was hit by a runaway car travelling at 80mph. She was on her own driveway waiting for the car to pass by. The freak accident left her in great pain, seething with anger and far from God.
UCB UK : Prayerline Leaders Day Success
The U.K. Prayerline Team welcomed almost 50 guests to the annual Prayer Satellite Leaders’ Day. The full day event was held at the Broadcast Centre in Hanchurch on October 23.
The day began with praise and worship led by Dave and Jane Brian. Carl Brettle then welcomed the guests and gave an overview of UCB.
UCB UK : Operation Christmas Child
The UCB U.K. Operations Centre in Burslem is the drop off point for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes this year. Individuals and Churches will be dropping off shoeboxes and the Logistics team will be assisting them with the storage of these until they are collected from UCB. UCB Affiliates in a number of countries support Operation Christmas Child each year.
